Joyce is the founder and Managing Director of VIERA Coaching and Consultancy FZC.

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting; and Masters degree in Business Administration.

She is also a Distinguished Toastmaster, and has served in various roles including Division Director of District 75 of Toastmasters International, where she was awarded with Membership Excellence Award during her term in 2023.

She pursues her advocacy on financial literacy via Pera Eskwela, a segment of Pilipinas Online Bantay OCW with Ms. Susan K. under Bantay OCW Foundation Inc. She also had 2 decades of corporate career in audit and loans at the commercial banking sector.

She loves making candles, paper crafts, stickers, notebooks and journals in her free time.
